Metal cutting & processing

XINC offers metal processing services, our workshop has both hydraulic and mechanical equipment for shearing, blanking, piercing, roll slitting, cutting and drilling of the metal work. We also offer more difficult tasks such as machining and polishing . Our current processing equipment includes hydraulic brobo saw, automatic horizontal band saw, high speed aluminium brobo, hydraulic guillotine, geared head drill press and a radial arm drill. We have recently branched out into using laser and plasma cutters for both steel plate and profiles adding to our extensive range of metal processing techniques with more than 20 years of experience with custom metal cutting, grinding, lapping, metal polishing and precision machining metal parts at hand we can assure a great result. These machines will be operated by highly experienced staff members and tradesmen.
